Cancellation Policy
To reschedule an appointment please contact us at least 48 hours before. If notice is not provided 48 hours prior to the session, the session will be lost and will not be refundable. The package is fully refundable with at least 7 days notice prior to your first session. If you want to cancel your package between 7 days and 48 hours prior to your first session, a 50% refund will be provided. The package is non-refundable from 48 hours prior to your first session. If you would like to cancel your package, please email activewithamyofficial@gmail.com in order to begin the process of your cancellation.
